To participate in this contest, take a photo that shows how little things can make a big difference. Submit your photos, each with an accompanying title and explanation. Each entry must include:

• Your first name, last name, NRIC/Passport No., and phone number.
• A photo title (Limit to 140 characters).
• An explanation of how your picture relates to the theme (Limit to 300 characters).
• One digital photo (JPEG format, maximum file size of 8MB and at least 300 dpi).
